ADİSTAM Mediation Clause

Parties agreed that any dispute arising from this Contract will be firstly resolved by mediation. Parties undertake that they will apply to ADISTAM for resolving their disputes with mediation. Upon the application to ADISTAM by one party of dispute, other party agrees and undertakes to accept the mediator appointed by ADISTAM.
